To celebrate destination tweed artisan food weekend, Christine Manfield is cooking a Sunday lunch feast at Farm & Co in their organic farm restaurant in Cudgen.

Now that Christine has relocated from Sydney to the Tweed coast, she has been inspired by the bounty, quality and connection with community of her new home region. With a sharp focus on relaxed cooking and bold flavours while sharing conversations and connection around food and its provenance, she has created a special lunch feast with a plant-based menu of shared plates using seasonal organic produce from the farm and local artisan producers, showcasing the very best the Tweed Coast has to offer.
