Now that Christine has relocated from Sydney to the Tweed coast, she has been inspired by the bounty, quality and connection with community of her new home region. With a sharp focus on relaxed cooking and bold flavours while sharing conversations and connection around food and its provenance, she has created a special lunch feast with a plant-based menu of shared plates using seasonal organic produce from the farm and local artisan producers, showcasing the very best the Tweed Coast has to offer.
